Own 4 plex in scott cty,came home to flood in my bottom apt,called Wayne to come and try to unclog.After telling him that it was only on one side of the building 3 times and the main never backed up,he was insisting that it was the main line to the street.He actually blamed the city lines for the backups .So $300 later the problem still exists.I texted Wayne and called both of his numbers,of course he didn’t respond.Luckily a company named Drain Pros were Johnny on the spot and took care of the problem within 30 minutes.Very professional.The only reason Wayne got 1 star is because I had to to do a review.

15 year old steel sink and tiny faucet made our kitchen feel "old" -- Bob transformed the room in one afternoon -- swapping out the old with a new granite sink, modern faucet, and disposer. Bob was friendly, talented, and efficient! Before/After pics below -- we LOVE it! Thanks Bob! :)

Aparently, Dauwalter plumbing doesn't let their customers know when they will be late and then lies and just doesn't show up at all. When I called at 3:45pm to ask for an updated ETA, I get a slight attitude from the guy and am told I will get a call when he finishes up where he is at and gets in his truck. I told him, "Sounds good, no worries about running late." It's now 7 pm he said he could be here around 4 pm today. I haven't received a phone call or anything from the guy. To say the least, we will be going with a different plumber for the job. It's shocking to see no bad reviews with this type of customer treatment. I was simply trying to give a local plumbing company business. Guess I'll have to do it myself or hire a reliable plumber. Considering I already did the work pinpointing

When I shut off my outside Hose Bib for the season it kept leaking. Called Walter who sent out Bob same day to replace the inside shut off and Hose Bib. Fair price all done same day.

We had dual sink clogging issues after holidays, and I no longer trusted the old disposal. After trying the usual liquid drain cleaners, we called them. Wayne actually answered the phone, which is a rarity in this business. Bob came out the following afternoon. At that time, no drainage in sink and no dishwasher. Bob was personable, professional, and got to work immediately. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Price was reasonable. All looks good. We will highly recommend Wayne Dauwalter Plumbing.
