Dave is awesome! He really knows his stuff and has helped me troubleshoot and repair our washer and dryer twice now. I would easily go back if I run into any issues with any of my appliances.
Dave never returned a phone call after "ordering" a part for a dishwasher. It took many weeks until the order was cancelled due to a lack of a response from Dave. Very poor business method, very unprofessional.
