Dave's Appliance

This place has come out twice already to our home. Easy to make appointments and they show up when they say. The first time, several months ago, the person fixed our refrigerator in a few minutes and we were barely charged. I mean, he could have charged 3x what he did and we’d have no recourse but to pay. After that we felt very trusting and comfortable with this business. They came to our house again last week for our dishwasher and stove, and fixed them both rapidly and the fees were very reasonable. It’s nice knowing we have an appliance place we can trust. With very reasonable prices. Reliable and efficient.

We paid Dave’s appliance repair over $270 to repair our ice maker which they could not do. They came out 3 times to make “adjustments” to the ice maker. Each time they asked us to give it a day or two. The adjustments did nothing. This was over a period of 2 - 3 months in 2022 when we had two hurricanes. Despite Dave’s having to close due to hurricane damage, when we called back they wanted another service trip charge. Never use them for repair…can you say rip off!

Have a rental prop in Vero. Tennant reported an issue with the washing machine lid not locking and preventing the machine from operating. Tech came out, removed two screws and adjusted the plastic clip, not the electric switch. Charged $138 without replacing the plastic clip. I moved into the home a few weeks later and the switch was acting up again. Tech came out and said the switches can be a bit sensitive, kind of bent the lid to "make it work" and left. Still did not replace the little plastic clip. The lid is acting up again and now that I live here, I went to repairclinic.com, ordered the $23 plastic clip, removed the two screws and replaced the plastic clip like the tech should have. Easy and works like a charm. I am disappointed the tech failed to make this simple and easy repai

Called late last week regarding my washer. Repairman (Steve) was able to come out the next morning. He knew the problem with in minutes, got the part ordered and it was fixed a couple days later in 10 minutes! Great service and professional.

I was hoping to have them come out and repair my dishwasher but they kept creating a window where I was not home and they would charge me for so I will never use them again and I would highly not recommend.
