$167.48 of labour for them to do absolutely nothing! Claims they couldn't get the plumbing off the top of the tank. Me, a 33 year woman with absolutely no experience with this got the plumbing off my self with a little WD 40. The guy changed my furnace filter without even asking me if I was okay with it. Poor communication as well. Thankfully I found someone else to change my hot water tank.

Terrible service. Had to wait weeks for them to come out for a total of 7 minutes to diagnose our furnace. Ordered the part and waited weeks for them to never call back after multiple calls to them. Ended up getting the part ourselves and it isn’t even the problem. Would’ve been nice to have actual diagnostics ran on the furnace instead of looking at it and saying it’s this problem. They refuse to return phone calls and when they do answer, they don’t have answers for anything. They had no urgency for the freezing weather we’re having.

I lucked out because there was a cancellation in Thomas, so I was able to have appointment the same day I called. Polite, professional, helpful explanation of the problem. Luckily they had the replacement part in their truck, so no repeat appointment needed. Will definitely recommend!! Thanks

Called. Was told a tech would call me back, never did. Don’t waste your time

Don’t bother calling Dave’s plumbing. They will just waste your time and end up referring you to Midstate Plumbing. It’s ok because Midstate Plumbing is top notch. They had the job finished in less time it took Dave’s to call me back and basically tell me they weren’t going to do my plumbing job.
