Long story short - IF YOU HAVE A HOME WARRANTY AND THIS COMPANY IS PROVIDED, CONTACT THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO SEND ANOTHER BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING. Positives: Pricing is not terrible, Tommy the plumber is very pleasant. Negatives: UPDATE (2025): Wrong Diagnosed. I had a home warranty that would cover anything wrong within the foundation of the house. Tommy insisted that the problem was in our yard, told that to the warranty company in writing, resulting in any coverage from being declined. After getting a second opinion it turns out, OUR DRAIN PIPES WERE GOING UPWARDS, leading to all our plumbing clogging up. Because he insisted it was in the yard, the warranty company refused to cover it. I could not switch plumbers because the warranty company required the person they sent out to finish

Beware! Technician came out as part of home warranty repair. Confirmed that the hose bib was leaking. Stated it was not part of warranty. Even when presented with the contract that clearly showed it was covered. He indicated that it was only for certain types of hose bibs and that was not specified in the contract. Refusing to call the warranty company to confirm, he said it would us cost out of pocket to repair and in general the warranty call is just to inspect and estimate for cost. He even said, “I’m showing up as a courtesy to the warranty company” He made the hose bib leak worse and left when denied the up sale effort. The gentleman that came out was very cool and professional. He quoted me for one price and less than an hour later I got a call saying it would be double the price. Then when I asked for them to meet me half way to fix the problem they counter be knocking off 15 percent if I paid all cash. I was not a fan of this method but really needed the service. This would not be my first choice if I had to pick again. Tommy the technician was early, quick and professional. They were sent by American Home Shield to replace my hot water tank. The new one has a small dent. He did not give me an Actual receipt for the heater. However he said it has a six year warranty. It’s a little hard to trust this company after all they left saying I would pay 300 then returned stating it should be 645. They clearly

Agree with others. If you see this company pop up on your home warranty service repair call, contact your home warranty company immediately and ask for a different contractor. You will save yourself the hassle of getting a second and more accurate opinion. This company wants you to pay them in their hand that day for 'out of pocket' cost for services/repairs that the warranty company actually repairs under the warranty. Definitely a scam company. I hate it for elderly, or not so savvy people that get scammed by this company and their techs.

SCAM!! This company came out through a home warranty. This company knows that home warranty wants pay for certain repairs so they try to get you to pay it out of pocket. Which is double. Please be careful of home warranty independent contractors. Trust your gut. I got a second opinion I just needed a water heater .
