Rug Dealer Extraordinaire! I purchased 2 gorgeous rugs from David 7 years ago. Both rugs have worn beautifully and look brand new. But I noticed that the pad under the den rug had degraded. I called David and he came to my home and replaced it with a new pad. The old pad was somewhat stuck to the floor. He took care to clean the floor carefully and thoroughly, not scratching any part of the wood floor. Really really amazing Customer Service I couldn’t be more thrilled.

We had a unique request to fit our 9x12 wool rectangular carpet against our rounded hearth. Not an easy task, but David did not cower! He talked us through the entire process and the end result is impeccable. Not only did he produce the final product (which was hand sewn!) in just a few days, he went the extra mile to cut our rug pad for us and took time to position the carpet correctly. He was professional, communicative, and above all- talented! Highly recommend!
