The entire company is phenomenal! They made the entire process easy and stress free; from Matt coming over to measure for the floors to Danielle picking out materials that match what we currently have because the current flooring was discontinued to the crew that installed the floors. Everyone was fantastic and our floors look great!! Would recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future if we need to do anymore flooring !!!

We had a fantastic experience with David Louis Flooring from start to finish. Danielle was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose carpeting and wood flooring that perfectly complemented our existing hardwood. The installers were skilled, professional, and followed the agreed-upon specifications closely. When I wasn’t completely satisfied with the initial stair style, they went above and beyond to adjust it until I was truly happy. We had shopped around and found their pricing to be very fair for the quality of product and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

What a great experience at David-Louis Floor Covering. Danielle was a great help in converting our concepts into the right wood product, color finish, and board size. She had no hesitation in letting us take samples into our home to see which option worked best. David did the measurements at the agreed time and square footage of wood worked out perfectly. Matt expedited getting product from manufacturer and delivery. Then there was installation. Brian and Chris did a marvelous job. Worked very well with kitchen remodelers. Job is perfect! Get very great reactions from visitors. Can pass on our highest recommendation. So happy we worked with everyone involved. Local people who care!

We received 5 star service from this company from the owner, Matt Adams, his sales associate Danielle and his installers! They are all very friendly, professional and courteous. All of our many questions were answered thoroughly. We had new flooring installed in our basement family room plus the stairs. The subfloor needed a little more work than anticipated and the installers dealt with what had to be done with no complaints. They took care of not tracking debris through the house as they worked. Will definitely use this company again!

Matt was super honest, responsive, and flexible, making the whole experience stress-free. Danielle was incredible to work with and was super knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the perfect floor that was *actually* non-toxic! All the details were coordinated to our specific needs (well above and beyond what we could have ever expected). Install crew was phenomenal and very respectful to our space and chemical sensitivities. Job came out great! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
