My roof was replaced in 2022 by Big Tuna roofing, the contractor my insurance company picked due to hail damage. 3 years later it is leaking around the furnace exhaust. Of course Big Tuna is out of business! David Patrick Roofing was hired by my insurance company for the warranty work, inspected the complete roof and repaired the leak including the drywall that was water damaged. They also resealed ALL the roof vent penetrations to assure there will be no future leaks. Very reliable company, showed up on time (which is very rare in Florida), and completed the repair promptly. They supplied a photo report showing the stages of the repair.

Great and trustful roof company! Amazing team! Workers were fast, organized and respectful to property, eyes on every detail including cleaning up at the end of each day. Great communication from every level and provided detailed reports during the entire process (including pictures). Our roof had hail damage and they completely replaced it with a new roof. I need to be honest, when the insurance company said we had to use their contractor, I was suspicious of it. But we had David come, speak to us and explain how the process works. We have several properties that DP Roofing did for us and I must say - they were amazing! Though I hope to not need their services again, if the need comes up, I will not hesitate to use them. I can honestly say they have been the best roofers I have delt with in the 20 years in Florida! The took care of everything and delt with the insurance company directly, if anything came up - the "surprises" one gets when the shingles come off - I had nothing to worry about!
