Davies Pacific Center Parking Garage

TLDR: If it's the weekend or evening and the building is closed DO NOT PARK HERE. YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE BUILDING OUTSIDE OF DRIVING OUT WITH YOUR CAR. Parked here on a Friday evening... It's open and the rate is great ($8 for 24hr max on after building hours) the problem comes that if you park here after hours there's literally no way out. The elevator will not take you to the ground floor because the building is closed, you have to take the stairs which by the way you cannot get to the street with unless you open the only unlocked door which says an alarm will sound if you use it. Had to use it because the other door that would've let me back in the building to go back upstairs closed and LOCKED. Literally leaving me in a hallway with no way out other than to go through the door "with an
