Davis Asphalt Maintenance

We just had our asphalt replaced so we needed our parking lot lines redone. Junior was very professional and great at communicating. Then we he started the job he worked very quickly and efficiently. Great work all around and would recommend to anyone else.

Our parking lot has been in need of repair for a few years. Davis Asphalt did a wonderful job helping us out. They didn't like the way it looked at the first seal so they did more at their own expense! Very kind.

I have had Davis Asphalt repair multiple parking lots in a few different commercial properties. I strongly recommend them. They completed the project quickly and worked with the tenants to ensure adequate project while the project was happening. I loved how professional and clean all the projects turned out. I also loved the they were very flexible with me one parking lot was a complete redo with cutout needed, sealed and striped. Another lot he just striped. Great people, great company and great service.

Worst seal coat job ever. We have a 200’ driveway that Davis sealed. Immediately it was apparent something went wrong. The sealant started cracking. I contacted the owner and he came out to look. His explanation, for the issue was that his sealant was reacting to a previous sealant. So, they came out a resealed the driveway again. This meant his sealant was now bonding to his previous sealant. However, the same issue occurred again. The driveway started cracking. I contacted the owner again, but this time I never received a reply. I believe they did not clean and prepare the asphalt property in the first place. I have not found any information on the internet about asphalt sealants reacting against each other. First it was excuses, now no contact at all. Buyer Beware of Davis Seal Coatings
