Davis Brothers Chimney Sweep and Masonry

I needed.a fireplace inspection due to what I thought was just worn out wall and floor insert panels. Two years ago, i had a "chimney sweep" come out. He noted there wasn't a damper but that wasn't a problem; or so he said. He applied some cement to the metal chimney pipe to cover some holes and said it was ok. Anyway, I got the number for Davis Brothers from my Coastline realtor. Myke came out on a week's notice and educated me on the fireplace construction and explained that the metal liner was water damed and the whole unit needs to be replaced. He told me that I'm lucky I didn't burn the house down. I have been blessed to find a reliable fireplace and chimney service with qualified technicians. I will be using them in the fall when ready to get a new fireplace and chimney liner. I

Waited longer than I should’ve (cold weather) but they still got me in soon. Myke arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Our room stayed spotless throughout the job which was very impressive, and he finished up in reasonable time. This is a quality contractor whom I’d recommend to anyone.
