The best composite deck builders in North Pittsburgh. Davis Construct was transparent, honest, and fair throughout the entire process. Their quote was considerably more fair than all of the other contractors I contacted. Their contract includes detailed deck design and precise quote (of which was EXACTLY the price of the final bill); you can tweak the design to your liking and they will update the price accordingly. I actually chose a simpler structural design and was able to get a lower price. They also acquire the permit you need (you pay for the permit, obviously). Hands-free process! Davis Contruct did a fantastic job from start to finish. Originally we spoke with Zach last fall, but decided to put off the process. In the spring we met him again and decided to move forward. We ask for several design options for which he happily and quickly priced for us. Once we agreed we did the paperwork and were put on the schedule. Next, Dave, the project manager, contacted us and said they were ready to start which was about a month earlier than originally estimated. The Trex deck exceeded our expectations. Both Zach and Dave kept us up-to-date and always answered any questions quickly. Good job men!

Extremely satisfied with our recent deck completed by Davis! Project was completed extremely quickly and well ahead of initial estimated time frame. From the consultation (Carl), to the project manager(Dave) & his labor team, all employees were easy to work with and responded quickly and throughly with all communication. We appreciated the expert advice provided during the initial consultation to provide suggestions and considerations regarding design of the deck, and we are extremely pleased with the final product!

We used this team to finish our basement which included a full bath. From day one, Davis Construct was great to work with.
