I’ve used Davis Glass in the past and was satisfied with their service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I recently called Davis Glass regarding an issue with a window they installed two years ago. My home was built in 1991, and 2 years ago I replaced all of my windows with them . The young lady woman who answered the phone was very kind and professional and informed me that Davis Glass no longer does residential work. She referred me to Bradley Glass and mentioned I would receive a discount on the repair. I agreed because I simply needed my window fixed. Jermain & Dennis from Davis Glass installed frameless glass to our new shower. They were friendly and always had a smile. They took great care to ensure the work was done professionally. You can see the pride from these two as they did the work. When finished, Jermain took the time to go over with me on the installation and how to maintain cleanliness so we can enjoy our shower for years to come. Davis Glass is lucky to have employees like this. Fully recommend this service.

The folks at Davis Glass are absolutely the best. No job too small. When I asked if they could cut a mirror for my classic Corvair they got in it immediately even though I walked in 15 minutes after closing. If you need their services I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

When I initially was looking for shower doors for my newly completed shower I looked at Amazon and started thinking I really want someone (not some handyman)who knows what they are doing and does this everyday , so I googled shower doors and ran across Davis Glass & Mirror and 2 others. The other 2 quickly flaked out, but Davis Glass & Mirror was responsive and followed up. Great experience with having Steven & Matt install our new shower doors. Showed up on time and promptly started their work. Completed their work in a quick and efficient manner and they both acted in a professional and courteous manner. Doors look great, however there was a minor issue with one door not staying shut and I asked for follow-up to correct. There was a second bath that I had Davis Glass come and install shower doors and it was completed with no issues, however the first install couldn't be adjusted without further review. There was a communication issue with the office, that went unresolved until the company owner, Aaron, stepped in and personally visited my home along with the product representative -- they noted the problem and had it immediately resolved.
