Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. (Elliot)

Elliot has a installed a transformer in my front yard and left the site in a mess and damaged the sprinkler system, mail box and dug up my corner pin on my survey and left the surface littered with concrete and rocks. I've tried to reach someone by phone calling 3 different locations and there is no way to reach a person to discuss the poor service they've provided. They are hiding behind a wall of unknown department numbers and voice mails that won't address my concerns. Poorest customer service I can remember. WEB Brown

11/18/2018 Elliot or dhec drove there heavy trucks into my yard damaging my property Photos and video shows there trucks in my yard. I was told by the driver to contact Chance Hammons he would fix the damage! after many attempts emails and phone calls the work has not been done as of 05/15/2019 I was told it was to wet to fix and so on so forth. its time to fix my yard!! i am not impressed!!! Elliot truck damaged my yard and Ray Neely repaired the damage within days. Accidents happens and they were quick to correct it. Thanks again!

Not too familiar with this company but made me Proud to see Americans helping Americans no matter where they are from in time of need. This company had Oklahoma license plates driving to Louisiana to help with electrical outage do to Hurricane Laura. I'm a Proud Texan, American!
