Kyle,our Technician showed within one hour of our phone call. He was well dressed clean uniform professional. He immediately covered covered his work shoes with clean covers. He was polite and knowledgeable, my wife and I felt at ease after being without heat after such a large storm. Kyle assessed the heating system to a thermostat, located the correct replacement parts and drove to Warehouse to pickup the same . After returning he proformed a check of the entire system including filter,He tested all control and settings. We had no heat. Called Davis and within an hour our tech, Kyle Rinier, was here. He was very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the issue quickly and provided an estimate. This was on a weekend and the parts needed for our repair were not commonly available but early Monday morning we received a call that Kyle was on his way from the parts distributor and the heater was repaired that day. No complaints what so ever with the service. As with any repair company you can always find a cheaper price. Davis is not the cheapest but for the money you are getting a company with layers of experienced employees that won’t leave you hanging.

Been using Davis for a few years now and they are my go to for any HVAC needs. They helped me 3 years ago when I had an issue with my heat pump that 2 other places couldn’t figure out. They were able to locate the issue within 20 minutes and it was an easy fix that they gave me a discounted rate on. Since then I’ve had them out a couple times and today I had Kyle who was great. He was extremely courteous of us having a baby and made sure to give me a call instead of knocking to avoid disrupting his nap. He got our issue resolved today quickly and we signed up for the maintenance plan to keep things running steadily in the future. Thanks again!

Yesterday, our heat went out and we thought that our Nest thermostat died after talking to the Nest Customer Service. They suggested that we purchase a new thermostat since it would take 3-5 days to get us a replacement. I picked up a cheap thermostat at Home Depot and connected it but the furnace was not functioning. With the temperature plummeting and the house being without heat for 6 hours, it was starting to really get cold. Being new to the area, I started calling local hvac companies to see if someone could take a look and get the system working. The first couple places couldn’t make it for a day or two until I got a call back from Dan at Davis. Ethan N. arrive promptly to do an electrical inspection. He was very thourough and detailed oriented. Ethan had a professional, educated, managerial demeanor about him. Ethan was very patient answering my questions and very knowledgeable on a number of issues. He patiently took the time to carefully explain the "emergency heat" option during our recent snow storm. He reassured me that everything was working properly and in good order. In my opinion, if you're having your yearly service, ask for Ethan.
