Our heater broke and needed fixing so we contacted a friend of the past owner who recommended him. My husband called his office and cell several times leaving a message about the problem and to see if he could come check it out and he never returned any of them. I find it very poor business when you can't even get a returned call stating you're unavailable and can't do the job. I realize things happen but a business should always return their calls but things worked out because we found a service who came right away to take care of our problem and were super friendly.
Have used Davis Heating & Air numerous times. Have always been quick, honest and reliable. (Have even fixed an issue when I was not home and allowed me to mail payment.)
