I was supposed to recieve a shipment from an entirely unrealated company to DHM. It appeared we would not be able to take delivery because the semi was taller than the power lines at our location. On a last ditch effort, we drove to a mostly open parking lot and tried to transfer pallets in to the back of my pickup truck by hand. Long story short, we didn't have to do anything becuse the fork truck operator at DHM saw what we were doing and transfered the cargo for us. saving the day really. Turned an hours worth of work into 2 minutes. Seems like they're good people up there.

I called for my drain in garage to be repaired and the boiler to be inspected/fixed. They showed up way late for the appointment. The young man told me he really didn’t know what to do besides cleaning it, he cleaned the boiler and it stopped whistling for 3 days before it started back again. The other man that was needed for the plumbing issue showed up much later and just walked around, never actually told me the issue or fixed anything. Told me he would come back the following week but never called or showed. Got a $414 bill for 3 hours of work, they were not here working that long and most of the time they as spending them walking around inspecting, waiting on second guy. Still had to get someone else to come fix the plunging issue and boiler still is not fixed. Would not recommend at
