Paid this company for mitigation work after my kitchen flooded. Realized then the lack of respect for my property causing more damage and excessive charge to be rolled over to my insurance company. I paid them their invoice out of pocket $8464.54 in full for the mitigation work of removing damaged flooring of half my kitchen and the fans they installed for 3 days to dry the subfloor and the plastic they placed that fell down every 5 or 6 hours. Because I would not use this company to further repair anything in my home Matt placed a lien on my home for $4115.34 for unpaid services, a completely false claim. I paid an additional $1700 to a painting company because they pulled that plastic down from the ceiling and it took the paint off requiring me to pay to have my entire ceiling of my hom

I hired Davis unlimited to do repaired due to water damage We meet with Craig Davis and one of his men we agreed on what was to be done and the price and was told by Craig Davis that he would do the repairs for the money agreed on and when everything was finished to our satisfaction we would sign off on the work that we were satisfied. We were promised kitchen cabinets and counter tops . He was to paint and do flooring in Master bath They did not put insulation in the end walls where Sheetrock was torn out . Really hate to write reviews but this needed to be said to hopefully help the next customers. Hired them to do plumbing job but initially they suggested in taking our floors up we still don't know till this day why that had to be done, they removed two of our bathroom floors and a toilet in the middle of them doing the work they found out our home insurance was paying for the job so they completely stop and started being more interested and eager to know how much the insurance was going to cut the check out for per advice from our insurance company and we even consulted with the inspector, and also with professional advisor just to be sure we where advised not to disclose the amount to them because we could be overly charged noted that we had already paid out of pocket for them to even sta

Awesome business they removed affected flooring and cabinets from a water leak in my kitchen on the weekend after hours and had my new flooring and cabinets put back within 2 weeks and it looks amazing! Matt and Craig are great guys and did everything they could to help speed up the process with my insurance company.

I highly recommend the services of your mitigation team. The two servicemen Marqui and Joe were excellent they provided great customer service great sanitation and was very knowledgeable about their job performance.
