BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Had a pump problem at my home. Called late on a Friday. Chris returned my call first thing Saturday morning, even though he was out of town. He listened to my problem, offered his opinion and walked me through all my options, including how to fix it myself. He took the time to answer all my questions and welcomed me to call back for further advice if needed. I was able to fix the pump for $15.00 in parts and 10 minutes of my time. Every other company I called wanted to charge me a service charge of over $150 just to show up plus emergency service rates. Most didn't return my call till Monday. It is a pleasure to deal with this company . I will always use and recommend their services

We have used Davis Well and Pump for multiple well/pump issues, they are so incredible! Two of the times we had no water, they were here within a couple of hours. They recently replaced the 20 yr old pump which was a painless process. Highly recommend this company!

I had to update my review. Davis Well and Pump sold a few years back. These are not the same guys. Best in the business hands down. These guys know the in's and out's of everything pumps. If you need someone who isn't going to be jiving you these are the guys to call. Small family owned and operated company. Combined service of over 50 years. They get it done quick and in a timely manner. With a water issue they should be your first call.

I woke up with no water, called them at 7:40 AM and Chris returned my call by 8:02 AM. Chris asked a few questions and told me he would call me back. 15 min later Chris called and said he was on the way and was there by 8:45 and had a new pump installed and water back on by 11 AM. He and his Nephew were awesome and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Other company had misdiagnosed my issue and I I was about to spend $4,000 to buy a new pump. I called these guys and they were out the very next morning, made the correct diagnosis, were very professional, and saved me a ton of money. I would highly recommend them.
