I called Davison Overhead Door with an urgent request for service. Sam was here in less than 30 minutes with the repairs done within 90 minutes ... Call and service complete all in 2 hours! He thoroughly explained the problem and solution, had parts in the van, then got to work. He explained the invoice, took payment, and emailed the receipt on the spot. Super kind, friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and customer focused. Thanks Sam!

Outstanding customer service! A big thank you to Tony, Ryan and Pete for tackling all my garage door issues, and the office ladies for so kindly listening to all my concerns! We got 2 new garage doors last year and a new garage door opener this year. They also helped us out with cable replacement on a trailer. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the way everything was working! Extra thanks to Tony for just being so willing to help us out at the end of a long cold day, as we all froze in my garage, sorting things out with the manufacturer customer service. There’s not reason to look anywhere else!

We have had work done by them before.We called and they got us in right away. The owner Tony called to make sure we got the door closed. Sam came out and was on time and he texted and said he was on his way. He came in and told us what had happened. The spring was broken. We told him to go ahead with the work. He was able to fix the problem right away. Didn't take him long to fix. He was very pleasant to talk to when he was fixing the repair. Maria the receptionist took our call and was very nice and helped us out in anyway. I would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks for all that you guys did.

The tech I had was Sam. He did a great job installing my new garage door opener. This was a older garage but Sam had some tricks up his sleeve and every thing that was on my list of items that I was having him do was done very professionally and he made sure I was satisfied. Sam did a wonderful job ensuring our door was running correctly, fixed any issues and programed a few new remotes. They were quick with appointment times and great with communication. Can't wait to have him back on future barn projects
