I had an absolutely terrible experience with this store. Their lack of accountability and refusal to stand behind their products is unacceptable. A screw on one of the bath furniture pieces came loose and could not be reattached—clearly a manufacturing or quality issue. Despite the distribution center acknowledging the problem, Andres and Marleny refused to honor the warranty, leaving me stuck with a defective product. Terrible customer service, zero integrity, and no regard for their customers. Do not trust them to back their products—once they have your money, they couldn’t care less. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service and disappointing quality We recently purchased everything needed to remodel two restrooms from this store, expecting high-quality products and professional service based on how they advertise themselves. Unfortunately, we were wrong on both counts. We bought two bathroom cabinets — neither came with handles. When we called, Marleny (our sales contact) initially said she’d look into it. After several days, she informed us that the furniture doesn’t come with handles. Honestly, how does that make sense? That’s like selling a car without tires. It’s incomplete and misleading. After visiting many stores and showrooms in Miami for a bathroom remodel, I was lucky to find DAX Aventura and I am so glad I did. Andres Lopez, the store manager, has been simply amazing. He is knowledgeable, professional and importantly, cares about you and your project. In an industry where excellence in customer service is very hard to find, in my experience, Andres has been flawless. I highly recommend them, and Andres specifically, if you are looking to complete a project, care about quality and want the process to go easily and smoothly.

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been waiting over five months for items I paid for, with no clear answers or resolution. I’ve been repeatedly told the delays are due to shipping containers or customs, but each time I inquire, I receive a different—and ultimately inaccurate—estimated delivery date. What’s most concerning is that these items were sold to me despite seemingly not being in stock. This raises the question: why offer products that aren’t readily available? While the store employees have been kind and do their best to assist, it’s clear they aren’t given the tools or information they need.
