From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by an amazing woman named Sher. We explained that we were just visiting and beginning to explore floating vanities for a future remodel. Very Disappointed with DAX Tile + Kitchen + Bath – Poor Service and Quality I recently made a purchase of almost $6,000 from DAX Tile + Kitchen + Bath and, unfortunately, had a very negative experience. First, delivery service is extremely poor. They seem to employ only one person to handle deliveries. Among my order were two mirrors; when I finally opened one of the boxes (about two to three weeks later, but definitely under 30 days), I discovered the mirror was damaged. I immediately took photos and videos as proof and contacted them, but they refused to help, simply because more than a couple of weeks had passed. After spending thousands on a kitchen the final quality and service was very bad. The showroom is great however very important to check the quality of cabinets. After the installation they don’t get back to you. My dishwasher cabinet sticks out. Huge gap between my fridge and cabinets. Very disappointed.

Vanity came without drains so watch out of hidden costs . They made 2 mistakes giving us drains as they did not have clarity on models. Mirror came without light as requested Watch out dimensions . Some vanities are made in Europe and do not fit in USA standards so contractor will be forced to either change plumbing or cutting furniture to fit in plumbing lay out All of this could have been avoided with a little more attention to details
