Day & Night Air Conditioning

Disappointed. Apparently didn’t find any issues. Called within 30 days of original visit to explain the issue I originally called about was happening again. Never called back until after my 30 day window had expired. Feels awfully scammy to me. Tech who came out was very nice the first visit but couldn’t identify any problems. Lady on the phone was also nice but didn’t help. Again very disappointed to waste my money for the service call which lead to nothing.

We have used Day and Night for years and the service has really gone down lately. Once they have your money for a maintenance agreement, it is difficult to schedule. Further, my appointment window was 10-12:30 and when the technician had a family emergency (which happens) I was not informed and am now stuck waiting for a couple more hours. Will not use them again. Having said this that, technician was good but scheduling staff, not good.

What amazing people they are top notch service Tiffany got the appointment booked same day ac was not cooling had her technician Mason come out and in less than 30 mins diagnosed the problem replaced the bad part and had it up and running. So professional and honest can’t say enough good things about Day and Night owners Margie and Luis are wonderful people. I highly recommend them!!

I was going to be a new customer. They were recommenced by family that has used them. I called and made an appointment which was cancelled the day before. This appt was made 2 weeks in advance and of course I planned my week around this appointment. When rescheduling, I was told I was the second appt - not time slot. I called the day before and was told I am scheduled between 10-12. So ok, I’m not the second appt but that works. The day of the appt I called at 11:40 to get an eta. The receptionist tells me that it will be between 12-4 today. WHAT!! I did not receive a phone call informing of another change. Very disrespectful of clients time! I am not going to be a customer. Be sure you are ready for this kind of service from an obviously unprofessional company. Naples FL

Louis came out within 2 hours of my call even though it was 6pm. We told him the horrible problems we had been experiencing with our current situation. My father is 95 years old and on oxygen and we had been trying to get a warranted part for 2 weeks! Louis gave us an honest proposal on 2 different brands of A/C replacements and promised we would have air conditioning the next day. His crew was very professional and polite, cleaned up after installation, answered all our questions and had the old system out and the new system installed and cooling in 7 hours 😀!! Highly recommended Day and Night to anyone.
