I am very pleased with the job Sam and his crew, Mario and Paulo, completed on our property. We had a leak in the wall behind the washing machine which damaged the utility room floor, part of the kitchen floor, and a large utility room cabinet. Sam explained everything he was doing and made sure we were in agreement before proceeding. They had to demo the floor and wall and cabinet due to water damage and mold. They always cleaned up after their work and left the area clean and organized. Sam let us know the status of the job daily and documented the damage thoroughly for insurance. Mark & Jay at Day Spring did an excellent job of remediating the carpet/pad and wallboard that was damaged when water got into our basement. They were very careful to contain and control any mold that was present. Mark was very good about communicating each step of process.
