If you are in need of roof repair, I would highly recommend Dayton Co. Roofing. We'd been fortunate enough to never have a home which required roof repair. When we had the last big hail storm, our home was hit bad, cracking skylights and damaging the shingles. I reached out to a few local companies, including Dayton Co. Roofing. I received a call back within 15 mins offering to schedule someone to come out to take a look. My wife and I just felt like this was going to be the right company for us, so we moved forward with them. Shane and his team were very prompt, upfront and patient as it took me and my wife a little longer to get ready to start. Shane was awesome to work with. Dayton installed a new roof for us and fixed our chimney. We find Shane very trustworthy. He could have told us we needed a new chimney, but instead he fixed and waterproofed our existing chimney. He also cleaned our gutters and installed leaf filters. Quick response time, was on the ball before, during and after the project. They cleaned up really well after the project. Worked with us on schedule, pricing and was very flexible with our crazy schedule. Highly recommend!

We had Dayton Contracting do a “tune up” on our roof to ensure everything is in working order. They did an inspection a number of years ago on our current house as well as routine maintenance on a previous residence. Over the years they have made recommendations for routine maintenance. They are our “go-to” company for sure.

Our friends worked with this company to replace their roof and recommended them to us. I called Shane, the owner and the next day he sent Caleb to inspect the roof. This was really a stress free experience. We had to go out of town and we returned to a beautiful new roof. When the work was finished, Caleb came to make sure all was well. He also painted the areas of my house where the shingles had hit up against it making marks, and he took a magnetic tool and made sure all nails were picked up. My wife and I highly recommend this company. Our house is beautiful! Great customer service.
