Joe with Dayton Construction is the most organized and efficient General Contractor I have ever worked with. His communication is outstanding, his commitments were kept, and in some situations, completed sooner than originally discussed. Joe is an honest hard worker. His work is top notch. He takes the time needed to do the job right and does not cut any corners. He takes pride in a job well done and proves that with his work. Joe has poured a large RV pad for me that turned out great. I requested saw cuts and those were done in a timely manner with proper planning and templating. I HIGHLY recommend Joe with Dayton Construction.

Joe does great work! He helped us find the right solution for our basement that was flooding. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he was about each part of the process (as opposed to some plumbers I initially contacted who only understood one piece...and whose bids were often way higher). It really helps to have someone who can do it all, from French drains to concrete to rebuilding the stairs that we had to remove. All the work was done in a timely, efficient manner. I could also tell that Joe makes sure to do things the right way. So refreshing when some people just want to get the job done as fast as possible and cut corners.

We wanted a sports court poured, and had multiple bids, Joe with Dayton Construction was the best price and quickest start date. Took his time to answer any questions we had. Scheduling was easy and communication was timely. Finished project looks amazing! Can’t recommend them enough.
