The ONLY place in Broward County to look for excellent quality tile and services at a reasonable price! The entire staff is fantastic! From the showroom to the admin staff to the warehouse, everyone is very helpful with no pressure tactics, just a welcoming and informative atmosphere. Our go-to guy is Jared. He's knowledgeable and patient, finding us the best deals and always exactly what we're looking for on each project! I'll share some "before & after" shots of our recent tile projects. Been coming here for years. Staff is always friendly, helpful and, most importantly, not pushy. They employ salespeople but ones with common sense who can explain things and give practical options with reasoning. Prices are about what you’d expect from tile stores and they have a large selection of products.

I requested information on tile and thought it would just go unread but they were very nice and answered! I so appreciate good customer service. The responder gave some alternatives and asked if she could help in any way. She askes the right questions and the email gave me the impression this was a good company with nice people.

Horrible, non-existent customer service. They could care less about your project after you pay for your items. There was no follow up and projected delivery date and then some of my order arrived broken and I have to wait another 3 months.
