Review for poor customer service and inconsistent prices courtesy of Brenda R. Brown. They gave me and another contact the same detailed price with all hardware, crate for shipping, and freight then told us both to call anytime to place the order. I double checked all measurements and called back one week later to order the door. In one week the price of the door went up by $30.93, crate up by $12.00 and freight up by $254.00. Seeing as the price is now double the original price, I naturally had questions. All of my questions were met with being asked who I spoke with. I am in sales. I know this tactic is to avoid confrontation and politely say sorry this is the price. Problem is every time I have called this company not one person offers their name. I am never buying roll up doors from this company again they charge almost full price for a wrong size curtain that has never been opened brand new just like they made it, this company manufactures roll up doors everyday and sells them daily and they telling me they cannot sell a 15 x 15 curtain once they make it but they have them in stock ready. People sometimes make mistakes in measurements that doesn't mean they have to be charged $800.00 full price for the curtain it self. I will take my business with other companies who cares about their customers.

Most uneducated sales team I have ever seen. Mis-orders, delays, overcharging. That's what this company is about. The sales team has no idea what the product specifications actually are or how to apply it. Not only that but when they mess up they just skirt around the issue and lie to avoid culpability. I recommend getting your doors or metal panels from anywhere else on earth. Terrible people with no inclination to customer support or service. It is really a shame because the quality of the product is there but the facilitation is nonexistent. Specifically, avoid Brenda Brown as she will do nothing to help and talk to you as if you are an idiot when she doesn't even know the products she offers.

Do not show up at lunchtime. You will wait as all of the workers break for lunch at the same time.
