I personally Have reached out to this company multiple times throughout the years and have never got someone to answer the phone like a reputable business would have done. I’ve referred customers to this company and they end up coming back to me with the same complaint. No calls back. No follow up. From my understanding it’s a one man show that isn’t organized enough or dependable enough to run a real service or install company. Do not recommend! But go ahead and see for yourself if you don’t wanna take my word for it.

I needed my 16' garage door replaced so I contacted DC Garage. Ryan came and measured the door, ordered it, and a few weeks later installed it in about 3 hours. He cleaned up perfectly afterwards. The whole process was smooth and easy. I'm totally satisfied!
