Unfortunately, my experience with DC Cabinets in Westbury was very disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, pricing was inflexible, and some cabinets were delivered incorrectly. After the delivery issues, it was difficult to reach Jay to resolve the problem, which led us to hire another cabinet company to replace and fix the kitchen at additional cost. The second company was responsive, flexible with pricing, and provided better quality and professionalism. I would not recommend DC Cabinets based on my experience, overall quality and pricing. There are other companies that offer better communication, more flexible pricing, and higher-quality materials.

I'm so happy with Jay's service! Recently, I renovated my entire house and was looking for cabinetry with great quality and reasonable prices. After looking at a few places, I found DC Kitchen & Bath. Jay is so knowledgeable about kitchen and bath design, and he and his team helped me with my kitchen, three bathrooms, master closet, and even the countertops and knobs. Everything turned out beautifully and I could not thank Jay and his staff enough!

I wanted to love my kitchen, but the quality is not good. I had some issues from the beginning, which Jay promised to come back to me but never did. It is only a year of use, but the pain is chipping, and there are a lot of cracks. Even cabinets that i do not use often starting to have issues.
