Michael was great. He showed us our options and explained the restoration process thoroughly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful during his visit to our home in Lake Worth. He had the appropriate machines put neatly in place during the same day that we called him. Happy to give DC 5 Stars based on our experience with Michael.

Beware of this company. They will keep you in the dark and try to bill your insurance company as much as possible for unnecessary work without your knowledge or consent. They will destroy your home in the name of ‘mold remediation’ without giving you any context of scope of work. They left my apartment in shambles and completely demolished my kitchen without my approval. They then proceeded to leave all of the debris in the middle of my living room. They caused damage to my walls and ceiling. Stay clear of this dishonest company. They will then sue you for breach of contract after trying to extort as much money from your insurance company as possible.

I completely see why they have these negative reviews about poor service, tarp was done unprofessionally and charging some ridiculous amounts.I wish I would have seen them prior to letting this company into my house because I had the same experience. They would call me multiple times in order to drop off some dehumidifiers assuring me it was part of the process even though I never saw any humidity in the inside of my house.This company put a tarp on my roof and dropped off some dehumidifiers at my house and were charging my insurance over 20k. When they didn’t get the amount they charged them they want to come after me and while I was left in the dark the whole time unaware of what they were doing. They are a bunch of unprofessional people just trying to charge as much as they can without
