Initially, Heriberto was extremely helpful — always checking in and showing concern right up until full payment was received. Unfortunately, everything changed after that. I was pressured to pay the full balance before installation, which was a major mistake. This project started in summer 2025, and here we are in February 2026, and I am STILL paying out of pocket trying to fix and complete my own kitchen. After communication became extremely frustrating and responses slowed down, I even drove to their showroom in person — only to find the place appeared empty and closed, which was very alarming and unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR KITCHEN FURNITURE FROM D'CASSA My kitchen furniture was delivered in March, and as of today—eight weeks later—DCassa has still not come back to fix the defects and damage that the furniture arrived with. They repeatedly make promises that they’ll come out “next week,” only to email the day before and push the appointment to the following week. This cycle has happened over and over, with no real attempt to resolve the issue. If you purchase from DCassa and your furniture arrives damaged or defective, be prepared for constant delays and excuses. They will give you the runaround instead of standing behind their product. We have been working with Maydet on planning our home remodel, and she has been absolutely amazing to work with so far. She truly listens, gives thoughtful suggestions, and works with us to ensure everything we want is incorporated into our design. She is personable, dedicated, and has already invested so much time and energy into our project. Even though we don’t live in Miami, she flew to our home to take measurements and share ideas. When we visited Miami, she spent two full days with us—including the weekend—meeting with us in her showroom even outside of regular business hours. D’Cassa made us an amazing kitchen. We are very happy, everything is really very well done in every detail, from Heriberto designing it for us, to all the stuff coming to our house for measures, until the guys that came to install the kitchen, they were super precise and all of them have done just an outstanding job! We had an issue for the delay of the arrival, but D’Cassa took responsibility and great care of us, like an only a serious company does. What to say? Our modern kitchen is just gorgeous are we are very happy with the look of our new home! Thank you Heriberto for your nice work. The quality also is great!! I highly recommend them!!
