This place has the best selection of tile and flooring in Corpus Christi and the prices are very reasonable. They have been great at accommodating for my construction schedule and even sent installers on short notice to get the floors done before Christmas. Thanks Norma! You're the best!

After installation of laminate floring on April 2022 by DCM the laminate started buckling and many spots felt hollow when walking on it. Norma came the check it and dismissed it as normal for a floating floor. We kept complaining and then she filed a claim to the flooring mfg. An inspector came to inspect the work. Norma said that the material was faulty. My husband and I went to pick a different floor which costs us an additional $1,000. By this time it came to $$5,392.68. DCM employees tore up the existing floor to install the new one. We were never informed that the floor wasn't level. After a year, April 2023, of going back and forth the new floor was installed. Some fast drying paste was applied to some areas of the floor. The floor needs to be completely level, but isn't. We have

I am giving DCM Floors To Go 5 stars x 2, because I chose them 2 times in past year and half. First time to purchase carpet for 3 bedrooms in our vacation rental property. Sand from beach was my main concern that I shared. Norma assisted me with best type of carpet and color selection and both were perfect. Second time, hurricane Harvey damage our residence and had to be demolished, so we repaired and remodeled the above mentioned rental property that is now be our residence. I returned to DCM and once again with Norma’s guidance, I chose a beautiful vinyl laminate flooring to be installed in the entire house and tile for a new walk in shower. For our renovation we purchased our hardwood floors and tile from Discount Carpet & More. We were very happy with their customer service. Prior to purchasing, we looked at a few other places in town and Discount Carpet & More had the lowest prices for the exact same materials as the other places. We will be purchasing our carpet from here as well. Highly recommend!
