Had an issue with a dryer that had required fixing, and based on that service's recommendation, we needed the dryer vent cleaned out as well. After some Google/Reddit research, DCResolutions popped up; it was so nice to get someone in-person and not a call center representative. George was up front with his pricing and provided a narrow window for arrival (rather than having me wait for any time in a 4-hour window). Communication throughout the process was fantastic, he showed me what he was doing, how much he'd cleaned out, and took the time to explore the ducts (both inside and several outside) while trying to identify the proper vents with his camera. Very happy with the work he performed, and would highly recommend.
