They explained everything they were doing beforehand, were professional, and made sure everything was working properly. I was building a detached garage for our cabin and sub-contracted all the electrical work out to them. This included the trenching from the power meter at the cabin, the power panel in the detached garage, along with all the garage wiring, lighting, and outlets. Their communication has been incredible and they have been so easy to work with. Everything was done in a very timely manner, pricing was really fair, and they even provided an inexpensive fix, approved by the building inspector, for a mistake that I made.
