Today I called our oil company and spoke with Veronica who indeed was very polite and helpful. She listened to me and that made me feel like I am a valued customer. Veronica provided excellent service and went the extra step to remind me that we are due to get our furnace cleaning done. She scheduled for our cleaning to be done within one week. Also took care of my concern about getting our oil delivery as my husband noticed our tank getting low. We hope to always have fantastic customer service from your future employees like Veronica. Today I had my oil furnace cleaned by Dominic of DDM Energy. He did the best cleaning that my furnace has ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of my unit. We have been with DDM for 33 years. Obviously, we like the service and will continue to be a customer. Always a pleasure dealing with telephone representatives. Had the pleasure dealing with Natasha today and resolved my issue and then went over contract for 2026.
