Updated review. PLEASE MANAGMENT!! do something about the loader operator. His name is Ever Ruiz. It has become almost impossible to dump in this place without this guy always complaining about something and treating you to never let you dump again in this place. He approaches you with an attitude and lets you know how stupid you are . Then he goes on to tell you that all truck drivers are stupid. I understand the rules and safety concerns of the company, but at this point, I think this guy takes everything personally. I'm pretty sure my colleagues think the same about the situation. Thanks for listening, and I hope this review could be of help for the company and for all the people that bring business to DDM

Ordinarily I wouldn't write a review about a dumping site for clean dirt but this is well deserved and a long time coming. As an end dump driver for Tri-Dal I used to dread dumping at the Euless location. I would receive a dispatch to haul off to DDM Euless and my first thought was, "ugh, not DDM." They had bulldozer drivers that didn't know how to do their job properly who would create unsafe conditions with the tipping of a trailer a very real possibility. They would also back a driver into an area where they stood a good chance of getting stuck. I know I've been pulled and pushed out of such situations a few times myself. But this all changed when they hired Michael. Since hiring Michael things have made a complete 180 degree change. I was so impressed by the change that I called the

I will say that the Euless dump, so far has been most convenient, compared to lack of other choices for dumping! Everyone has been very friendly, I have conveyed to Kelsey that she keeps stealing my good people, and taking them to the other plant!! That being said, the one constant, has been Michael, not only can he drive that bulldozer like a well oiled race car, he can convey instructions to all of us drivers and position us exactly where we need to be! He has very good people skills! As much as I would hate to see him no longer working that dozer, there is no doubt in my mind that he could train someone to do the job, and do it well, he has earned his right to move on to bigger and better! There is no job that could be thrown at Michael that I dont believe he could strive in!! He is awe

Great place to drop off your unwanted dirt or pick up some clean select fill. Sierra the pretty girl at the scale house is on top of the game and will get you in and out fast.

The loader man Ever Ruiz has no people skills. RUDE and BAD Attitude.
