From beginning to end, Carmen and DDS employees were patient, informative and incredibly helpful. Before contracts were signed, Carmen took the time to come to my house and sit with me to review the job: materials, labor and prices. After the job, Carmen again took the time to sit down and explain what was done on the job, any added parts (which he okayed with me and my husband before completing them), asked if we were happy and gave amazing suggestions for how to enhance our house (painting the garage, bottom of the house and replacing some gutters). We had about 4 different roofing companies come to our house to give us quotes but only Carmen made me feel so comfortable because he took the time to explain things and also offered ideas to help make our house beautiful. We recently had the exterior of our home repainted and could not have been more pleased with the work of DDS! The workers were punctual, friendly, efficient and quick. Most of the time I didn't even know they were there and even though they were moving around outside my son was still able to get in his afternoon naps (anyone with toddlers know how hard this can be when you're having work done at the house!). They took the time to patch a few areas before painting, moved my porch furniture and noticed that the wind may carry overspray so they had me move my car. I couldn't speak well enough of my experience with DDS and would both recommend and use them again in a heartbeat. From my first phone call (which was answered by a live person) to the completion of the project I couldn't ask for a more responsive and accommodating company to work with. My roof was 24 years old and was starting to modestly leak into my attic. In addition, I needed some construction/reconstruction of a portion of my roof where a gap had formed which allowed mice to get in. Their carpenter Anthony was able to diagnose and fix the problem which included bending new facia and replacing 15' of soffit. I had a tree come down on my house in a storm. Carmen came out right out after it happened and assessed the situation. He mobilized a tree removal company immediately. Carmen coordinated the roof, carpentry, insulation, and other work promptly and professionally. Kept me in the loop the entire time. Also had great work done by Carl and John painting the interior of my house. Showed up on time and worked clean. Carl and John were professional and did not cut any corners. Overall, an outstanding experience again with DDS.

I contracted these guys for painting. Karl showed up at 7am every morning and began working as soon as he entered the property and didn’t stop until the end of his day. They were very professional and did great work. I highly recommend these guys for any paint project you’re considering.
