There was a miscommunication regarding our delivery this morning. Kate took care of it and she worked efficiently with us. She was very considerate and understanding about our heating situation and she was able to help us. I am very pleased with the turn out. I highly recommend Duffey with their services. I had a new HVAC system installed by Duffey, and cannot say enough good things about the entire sales and installation process. From Ken who handled the bid and sales estimate, to the the installation done by Sean, Kevin and Michael, it was first class the entire way. The price was fair, and the installation was done in less than a week after starting the process. This is the second HVAC system Duffey has installed for me in the last three years (two separate systems), and I'm very happy with both installations.

We’ve used D.E. Duffey & Sons for years for annual oil heater service and oil delivery, and they’ve been excellent. Dan is the best--punctual, professional, and thorough, explaining what he's doing, and leaving the area clean. Deliveries are reliable even in snow and ice, and their automated system has always kept us supplied. Pricing has been fair with no surprises. Highly recommend.

There are not enough stars to say how pleased I am with DE Duffey and sons. Last year, I got estimates for a mini split installation in my home office. Stupidly, I did not go with DE Duffey. The company I went with did a sloppy job, the mini split never worked correctly and began leaking water all over my hard wood floor. Even though I did not originally have DE Duffey perform the install, they came out, diagnosed the issues and fixed the problem. The unit works perfectly now, blowing lots of lovely cool air. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and great work done by this company. I will be a customer for life, and you should too! They are the best around.
