Had a good experience with a technician who came out to fix the water pump. Had it up in running in under an hour, total $200-250. Asked them to come back out and fix the two zones for the sprinkler and the technician came out for 20 minutes, turned the pump on, and recommended that I buy a brand new sprinkler system instead of fixing anything. I agreed to have their guy come out and give a proposal at a later date. A minute later the technician knocks on the door and tells me they're charging me $184.96 to tell me I should consider buying a new pump rather than paying them time and materials. They charged me time and materials to recommend I dont pay them time and materials. Dont use this service ever. They are the bait and switch.

Terrible customer service. Their "head electrician" didn't even say hello before he started complaining anout how hard the job was going to be. I finally just told him to leave. Chris Cooper electric was out in 10 min and done in less than an hour.

D&E has taken care of my wells since I bought my home in Mims. A family owned business that has been in Titusville for three generations.

They put in a new electric panel in our house. Very easy to communicate with and to work with. They scheduled and followed through. I highly recommend them.
