Manny and his crew from DeLarosa Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. Manny was very professional and discussed with me the whole project making sure that once the shingles were all off that some wood replacement was necessary as some wood on roof was split or not butted up together which could cause further leaks in the roof. His crew were very professional and enjoy their work. They laid down ice and water 6’ from roof edges also repointed and reflashed my chimney, laid down archetechtual roofing, put a ridge vent the roof came out beautiful. He and his crew were punctual and always had concerns for what I wanted. Cleaned up job site very well and they were always very courteous. First of all, Manny answered the phone when I called. When does that happen? He was very communicative throughout the process keeping me informed through phone calls and texts. That is rare! His team did an amazing job removing snow and ice dams from my roof. I will definitely be calling the team in the spring (and probably after this blizzard!) to take a look at my roof to see what could be improved upon, so this doesn’t happen again.
