Dead Level Heating and Cooling

I called in early May to have my A/C unit checked before the heat rush. Stated they would have one of the guys stop by. Called again in early June Same response. Called again 27 June Stated they would call back before the day end. We will see. They did a great jab last year. But wonder where their customer service went and organizational skills went. Well 3 service calls and at all three I asked for an estimate for a new A/C unit. 1-1/2 years later still no estimate. I am done with the unorganized forgetfulness of these people. Its Sad.

Following review to previous review. They arrived a cleaned my A/C unit, now it’s ready for the summer season. Cleaned and inspected my boiler. It’s ready for another year of service. They are very thorough, professional people. They know their business when they work on your systems. I will continue to use this company in the future and will not hesitate to call them again.

I called after hours. I spoke with Taylor Bryant. I explained to him what was going on with my central air he said he grab a work truck and would be at my house in 15 minutes was here in less than that got my central air fixed in 30 minutes 100% recommend
