I called Deal's on Monday about installing a downdraft stove and fitting the new stove into the island because the old type of stove is no longer made. At 8:30 Tuesday morning two installers were at the house and they spent the entire day making sure that the fit and venting were just right. They cleaned up after themselves and even hauled away the old unit. I felt the price charged was very fair also.

My refrigerator went out yesterday, 10-8, but I still had half- frozen stuff in the freezer. Instead of waiting for Home Depot delivery next week, I called Deal's and told them that I needed a 30" wide fridge with top freezer. Reply: Just happened to have one come in on today's shipment. She quoted price, Okay. This call was at 10:30 am and two very nice men arrived at about 12:30 as I was rushing to clean out the old dead fridge. They made that easier for me by placing old and new side-by-side before hauling off the old one. After putting a new line to my ice maker, they cleaned the area before rolling the new fridge into place. Paid a very little bit more, but more than made up for that by saving some frozen beef that costs like gold today. VERY fast efficient service! Five stars, a

Highest regards for this company. They arrived, as scheduled, ordered the needed parts for our washer and dryer, then returned for the repairs. Awesome technicians, who have admirable skill sets for appliance repairs. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

We have used Deals for a few years now. ALWAYS great service BUT let me explain our latest problem. Our washer started leaking and we had Deals come out to diagnose the issue. Found the problem and had to order parts, no big deal. Two days later we took a power surge that hit the washer. Deals came out to check the machine and although it was working fine found some smoke damage inside the machine. We used the machine for a couple weeks to see if it would fail. All this time holding off on doing the repairs for the original problem, the leak. We finally decided to replace the machine since we could not say how long it would last. Deals worked with us, returning parts, scheduling the new machine delivery, YES we purchased from Deals. After all this, all i can say is these folks are GREAT.
