Of course, my heating had to break down during the coldest week of the year! I called Deal’s, and I was blown away by their response time—a technician was at my house in less than two hours. The service was incredibly professional and they diagnosed the issue immediately. The problem turned out to be the thermostat, and since it was still under warranty with the manufacturer, they actually lent me a temporary one to use while they sent mine in for the claim. That kind of 'above and beyond' service is rare. My heat was back up and running quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Deal’s if you want honest, fast, and professional help.

I called this morning, and Brian arrived within an hour. He was able to repair my issue with my 20+ year old system. Thank you very much for quick, efficient service on a very cold day.

My out-of-town mom’s 29 yr old heat pump went out on her and a local recommended Deals. I was afraid this might be the end of the unit meaning $$$ but the service guy, Brian Bradley was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly..walked me through the system and showed me exactly what was wrong, replaced a burned out contactor and it was up and running again. The team that came out and installed our AC system were great. They were informative and worked efficiently job was complete on little over a 1/2 days time.. Will definitely be recommending them to others and will call if I have any issues.. We had a choice to pick from 3 units and we picked the one we thought would be good after researching. I dreaded having to get a new AC, but Marvin came out, estimated the job. Once we said go, the installation was scheduled within a few days and completed by a great team of technicians. I was so impressed by their professionalism, the great work, and they cleaned up after themselves, very impressive to me!!!! If you need anything AC related, give them a call, you will be pleased.
