I purchased a pair of headphones through Walmart sold by DealWiz, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The box arrived sealed, but when I opened it, it was completely empty. The headphones were not inside. This is absolutely unacceptable. Receiving an empty box shows a serious lack of quality control and accountability in the shipping process. I do not recommend buying from this seller. I expect an immediate resolution, as this situation creates distrust and a very poor customer experience.

Extremely disappointed with DealWiz (VIPOUTLET). I ordered Apple AirPods 4, and they created a shipping label 7 days ago, but never actually handed the package to UPS. When I contacted them, I only received automated bot responses instead of real help. This feels like a ghost shipment. Avoid this seller if you want your items delivered on time. I had to escalate to Walmart for a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM DEALWIZ.... in 2025 they still operate as if they are in 2011, no customer service! no proper logistics....my issues is I purchased of Walmart's website, DEALWIZ told me I'd receive the item 4 days after that. It turns out they hand over the item to the carrier. (UPS/Fedex etc) AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS!... I ended up waiting two weeks for my item and it was such a hassle to cancel and get out of that! They are so far behind Amazon, that nobody needs that stress and hassle.

Scammers. I ordered over $200 of Lego via Walmart. They sent me $20 of play doh and filing a complaint their form won’t accept my info. They stopped responding to my complaints.
