Horrible company. I would never recommend them. Technicians have no idea what they are talking about or anything to do with HVAC. They sent 3 different technicians out to fix an issue in home. First guy said there was no problem. The second guy said we needed new damper valve, the third guy “manager” stated there was a tear in my ductwork and needed a new damper valve. Lastly, I’ve had them come out twice for 1 bedroom in my house having a 10 degree difference in summer and winter from the rest of the house. Again they said no issue because they are ignorant. I had a company come out TNT would highly recommend; stated there is 40% less airflow coming out of the vents to that bedroom. 2 different issues this company couldn’t resolve. Bought a new house from DR Horton 2 years ago with a carrier system installed by Deans Heating and Air. The a/c system and heat didn't work right from the start. I complained about the temperature and they said it's normal for it not to keep up and a 10 degree difference is normal (NOT NORMAL). They were out during the first year and added refrigerant and then the system worked fine for a year (SO THEY LIE OVER THE PHONE ABOUT THE SYSTEM NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP UP AT 71 DEGREES ON A HOT DAY). Second year it wasn't keeping up and after not having a good experience with their people who answer the phone, not friendly at all we decided to use another company to check it out. They told me it was leaking and added 2 lbs of refrigerant on a 2 year old system. I called them and was told the s

Call customer because we had no heat. Evette was very friendly advised us that someone would out the same day. Todd came out new house verify the problem. Even used covers on his work shoes. He went up in the attic and analyze the unit. It was determine that the gas line wasn’t open when unit was installed during the warm to hot season. Todd explained to the new homeowners the technical aspect of this unit. We now need enjoying a comfortable warm house. Just wanted say a huge “ThankYou” for a quick friendly response both from Evette and Todd. Thanks again

If I could leave no starts I would! I DO NOT recommend this company at all! Since purchasing our BRAND NEW HOME in December of 2023 Deans has been out to work on our system SIX times. Even put in almost a whole new unit in our attic less than a year ago and we’re back to no air once again. We called deans out to see why and their technician Mike came out which is the guy who has been here almost every time. Might I add this technician is not social at all and doesn’t seem to like to speak with women either as I answered the door to greet him he walked right past me and started talking with my husband like I was a ghost standing there. Called deans out to my newly purchased home in waterbridge, and let me just say the male who answered the phone was hateful and did not want to help me with my problems. As I’ve seen this company in the neighborhood time and time again it makes me think that they don’t know what their doing because they will go to the same house back to back on different days, the system they put into these house are basic system that designed to breakdown after 8 years. And they claim the one year warranty but will get you to buy the annual contact for them to come out to do maintenance on your A/C but in reality they only care about the money and not the customer. Which is why this location is getting this review. Also granting that your services at my house is no longer welcomed.
