Called Sunday morning for a busted hot water heater. Evan was quick to respond to the dispatch call and showed right up. He assessed the problem, described what was wrong, explained the situation and solution. Then he wasted no time getting started. The whole situation took a lot less time than I expected. He was very polite and personable. His work was great. I have used Dean Plumbing in the past and they will always be my first choice. Happy I do not have to spend the weekend without hot water.

I appreciate the quick response of Dean Plumbing. Braxton did a great job. He communicated what he was going to do and kept me updated on his progress and on costs. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. And he accomplished the task which was unclogging my daughter's pipes and making sure there were no backups. Good work

Rusty and crew did a whole house supply side replacement as well as a small bit of waste side replacement ('60s house with mostly original plumbing). They did an excellent (and thorough) job, especially dealing with the oddities of plumbing that old. All the work was completed in the 2 and a half days they quoted and it's so wonderful to have actual water flow again! I couldn't ask for a more professional, responsive, and friendly experience.

This was my first time using Dean Plumbing. I called them and Evan showed up to my house within 30 minutes. He was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Evan was very professional, repaired leak at gas meter then verified fire pit and gas logs worked correctly after repair. Efficient work, fair price, came to repair the problem very quickly. I am very thankful to have everything working safely again especially with a snow and ice storm of significant potential coming this weekend. Bonus was instruction on how to prevent damage to pipes correctly with extreme cold temps coming this weekend! Will definitely call Dean’s anytime I need plumbing / gas repairs!
