They do not follow up. Last week on Tuesday October 28th, we called them. No return call just a text asking about the model and error. We have everything samsung and had they come about a year ago when they were triple d repair. And they had some difficulties fixing our flexwasher about a year ago when thebdrum dropped. After they left the front control screen was cracked at the bottom. I didnt notice this until we did laundry a week later. This business is amazing. I called everywhere on a late Friday afternoon needing help with our electric stove. Our burner wouldn't turn off last night so we ended up having to turn off our breaker. I had to leave messages with everyone(totally understandable. I'm in the service industry and know you can't always answer the phone when you are with a client). Deans was one of the few that actually called me back. They went above and beyond. Some companies wanted to charge almost$150 just to get on their calendar, without even asking follow up questions about our specific stove and situation. Deans got our model number and called us back to inform us that our stove is basically too old and they don't make parts for it anymore. They made suggestions on how to get by with it until it fully goes
