Deans Designs

Our experience with Deans was terrific. He has resurfaced two patios for us. They look incredible. We then had our garage floor epoxied about a year ago. Shortly after it yellowed a lot. I called Dean about it. He asked for pictures and said that shouldn’t have happened and he would take care of it. Apparently (if I understand it correctly), his supplier had him use a different top coat than he generally used and that was the issue. They finished it yesterday and it looks terrific! Not only Dean, but those here redoing it told us many times they are making this right. I recommend Deans Designs again and again!!! Trying to figure out the next project I can have him do!!! Dean's Design restored our 10+ year old pool deck to look like new again! Dean's crew was excellent and took good care to protect everything around the deck area. They were thoughtful and respectful of the property while bringing in all the equipment and materials. They also were willing to explain the process they were going through and help us understand the results to expect. We were given Dean’s contact from the pool company we used when discussing kool decking. He was very responsive from the beginning and had continuous communication with us through the process. We walked the design in detail and went over color samples. Dean made sure I knew exactly how it would turn out and what I would expect. They showed when they said, were detailed in covering and taping off, worked early/late to get these done right, and were extremely friendly. Called if they had any questions and followed up with me before they left each day. He even came out to look at our windows when another contractor had gotten concrete on them to see if he could help. Deans Designs originally turned our boring concrete pool deck into a beautiful surface that looks great and stays cool during the hot blistering heat of Missouri's summer. The border they applied around the pool looks amazingly like real stone. While they were on-site to do the pool they also did a border around our driveway. We were so impressed that when we opened our business in a new location we had Deans Design apply a coating that looks exactly like ceramic floor tile on our concrete, saving us loads of money versus laying tile. Now 7 years later everything still looks great! Unfortunately we can't say the same thing about the actual concrete around the edges of the pool.
