Deason's

On Sunday the 16th of August we had a small fire in our AC unit in the house. We were able to put it out, cut power to the unt and called Deason's with our issue. On Monday morning Tyrell was here to assess the situation and we needed to a whole new unit. Tyrell was able to provide us with a quote and what our options would be rather quickly. We scheduled our install for Wednesday. Tyrell and his team were here early Wednesday and installed our new AC unit. We are super pleased with the service and professionalism provided by them.

Tyrell from Deason Heating & Air was pleasant, quick, on time, and knew what he was doing. Next time I have a problem or need AC maintenance I would gladly use Deason and request Tyrell. The cost was reasonable and I was not pushed or harnessed into buying a new unit.

After doing some research me and my wife recently decided to have a Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier system installed. The tech from Deason's arrived on time, and was very professional and their service was super affordable and was way less than what we anticipating. I would highly recommend this company.

I've been using Deason's for 30 years. Now that Mr. Deason is no longer involved with the business, there is a decided lack of forthright communication from the company. I was promised a Monday repair after a Friday diagnosis, which was completely understandable and acceptable. Monday came and went. A company rep told me Monday afternoon that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday, which turned into "maybe Thursday or Friday". I called a different company and was told that "yes, we can do that repair, but it takes a week to get the part". Okay, that also made sense and would be acceptable. I therefore surmised that Deason's had to order the part from the very beginning, and that it would take a week. I just wish they would've told me that from the beginning instead of a seeming run-aroun

Technician was professional and timely. Inspected system and provided detailed analysis of what the issues were and what he would do to repair them. I appreciated his honesty and felt the service was a great value for the money. I will use them again and tell me friends and neighbors about them as well.
